About: Deerness Park Medical Group

Phoned at 7.59 for appointment, phone answered at 8.40. No app available. This is just an ongoing saga. Phoned numerous times in a two week period for appointment, waited anywhere between 30 min to 59 minutes, no appointment available. Unable to book appointment online or book an appointment in advance for non urgent query. Feel as though the receptionist are having to deal with added burden as people are irate before they get to speak to anyone. Listening to irritating music with no idea how many people are ahead of them. Big decline in service over past few years. Wrote a letter of complaint to practise manager. No response….
