Well where do I start I want to thank AE resus staff Sunday 12/12/2021 and stroke team .

My mam was brought in following a bleed on the brain . The Stroke nurse who I can’t thank enough stayed with my mam from start to finish . I was also allowed in which I must say considering COVID was fantastic. All the Doctors were honest with me they treat me and my mam with respect. The stroke ward were lovely. The bleed on the brain was big so my mam has been left with a lot of problems . Unfortunately she is going to need lots of after care . She has now gone to QE hospital for rehabilitation.

But what can I say why do people knock the NhS what would we do without all the fantastic staff and the free care that everyone receives . Merry Christmas to all RVI Staff in AE and Stroke Team

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding the care of your mum at A&E and Stroke department. We are pleased that the staff were accommodating and treated you both with respect.
