Contacted them numerous times to just get given antibiotics that don’t even work, no one is willing to help and last time I filled in an e consult form, I got ignored and never contacted. They just don’t care

We process all our eConsults and if one slips through there is a report that triggers if a reply has not been sent in the 48 hour window.
