I am a member of the public, who has accessed EH services twice in the last week and am very appreciative of the care that I received,
On first occasion I was seen in Urgent Care Center. It was well organised and clean. The staff were very helpful. I had a good consultation with Dr Emir. He was thorough and he communicated very well.
On the 2nd occasion, yesterday I was seen in Radiography. That all went very well, The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
It would be great if you could give this comment back to the particular members of staff or at least their team.
