I have been attending the Regional Trauma Unit at St Lukes now for just over 6 months. I was under the care of Elaine from Southern Trust who I would just like to say thank you to. Elaine showed so much compassion, warmth , understanding and empathy through it all. She supported me through my thought process, helping me understand all, and provided me with some very useful self help/ self care tips, that I know are very important for my continuing journey to recovery with my mental health.

There are people who seem to just do their job, but with Elaine, she cares. I knew she was right behind me, pushing me on and supporting me, wanting me to recover from all.  A genuine, warm-hearted lady, who I trust, and found easy to talk to, something that I find hard to do. So from the bottom of my heart, Thankyou Elaine x
