"Care of my dad"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Orthopaedics (ward 4c)

(as a relative),

My dad taken into ward 2a at Gartnaval Hospital in Glasgow. 

The care and kindness my dad received  by consultants, doctors, nurses and all staff was truly amazing my dads well-being and health was always a priority from all staff.
Whenever I spoke to any staff there constant commitment on doing best for my dad was evident. 
When I had questions believe me had few they always took time to explain things calmly, clearly  in way I could understand, there empathy and understanding was consistent every time.
Professionalism and care my dad experienced from staff I will always be forever grateful 
LeeAnne & Jennifer thank you for kindness and understanding throughout my dad time  in hospital and thank you for always reassuring me 
Every time I went into ward I always felt care my dad was getting 
My family are forever grateful for wonderful caring staff work for nhs.

Dear Magsb79

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the care your father received while in Ward 2a of the Gartnavel General Hospital.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to make both you and your father comfortable throughout his journey by providing great clinical care and communication with you both answering any questions you may have had.

I will be happy to pass on your comments to all the staff involved including LeeAnne and Jennifer who I'm sure will be delighted to hear how the made such a difference.

I hope your father is recovering well
