About: Stratheden Hospital / Intensive psychiatric care unit

(as a service user),

I became unwell due to my bi polar, I was very manic at the time. Fortunately the staff on the Hollyview ward, Stratheden are very professional and experienced at dealing with people in my state of health. over the 10 weeks they have helped me to recover and get well.

Dear Andy57

First of all I am sorry that you were feeling unwell but pleased to hear that you are now recovering and feel better in yourself.

On behalf of the team in Hollyview Ward, I would like to thank you for your lovely feedback and kind words regards the staffs' professionalism and experience. Everyday the team go above and beyond to ensure that the care they deliver is high quality, safe, effective and person centred. They will be over the moon to hear it from someone who has lived experience of their care.

Thank you once again and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very merry Christmas on behalf of the whole team.
