"A true credit to the NHS"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17) University Hospital Monklands / Medical Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I was admitted through A and E to Monkland University Hospital with suspected stroke like symptoms. After the initial assessment at A&E, I was transferred under the care of Dr. Chapman and team in ward 2.

I am somewhat a nervous person who doesn't like hospitals ( but tell me someone who does) and was very quickly put to ease with the care and mannerism of the staff I  ward 2.

I can categorically say these people are a true credit to the work that they do. Pleasant , welcoming,  consistent , compassionate does not even go near how they made me feel.

Thank you Dr. Chapman and team and especially to all the staff at ward 2.
