Absolutely appalling! 11 days wait for a response the first time withy ailment, and I had to click the “you haven’t responded within the time you said”, 4 times before they finally responded. I’m now on day 3 of not being responded to for a second time and have had to use the “you haven’t responded to me within your agreed time frame” again, 3 times so far! Absolute disgrace!
