"Outstanding - day case surgery"

I attended Baschurch Unit for arthroscopic knee surgery . From original referral, Pre-op attending on the day, through to discharge,, the care and and compassion by everyone involved has been outstanding. Staff are working in difficult circumstances, with the pressures of backlogs caused by Covid restrictions, yet always have spent the time needed to deliver a patient centred service with utmost levels of care and kindness. There is a real sense of everybody working as part of the RJAH team, each contributing to the efficient treatment of patients. I have been treated at RJAH on a number of occasions since 2004, and on each occasion have always received this same excellent level of care. Thank you to all involved in my care on this latest visit.
