"Dismissive and Inattentive staff"

I have been registered to this surgery since 2018. It was always difficult to make appointments and the GP's were usually dismissive of health problems unless they are fatal. However it has got worse since last year. The receptionist doesn't want to book an appointment unless you insist that you really need to make an appointment. The GP's are reluctant to examine or investigate the source of problems and they tell that you should just learn to live and try to have a healthy live style, they do not want to make referrals unless you go to them with the same problem at least 5 times. It is impossible to make appointments before hand and also you cannot have a GP that you choose to see. When you add the dismissive and inattentiveness it makes it very stressful to see the GP.
