About: Primary Mental Health Care Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I have a health problem that I need to go the bathroom ever hour or so when I need to go out I would also get cramps and sometimes not be able to move at all. Then I went to CMP and Ann and she has helped me out a lot with her help I am able to go out for longer and I feel like I can get back into work soon but I am so happy I went thru that course and would recommend it to anyone having health problems and Need the support to get back into work.
