I'm sorry that this review is anonymous. As the Practice Manager I would like to apologise that our teams sickness and recent redeployment of receptionists to staff the main site has caused an issue. Our team are doing their utmost in a difficult situation and constant demand of requests. We are also trying to increase our reception team to resolve these issues but are struggling to recruit to this challenging role at the present time. We do try to keep our website up to date with changes and please understand that sometimes our HCA and nurses are covering the reception area as well as their roles at Jersey Farm recently, so if you have looked through the windows and not seen anyone, it could simply be that they have met their patient at the door and are seeing them in their room. We endeavour to make this easier as quickly as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
