"No careplan for mum"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Care of older people Three Towns Resource Centre

(as a relative),

Mum was in hospital and allowed to go home. No careplan was put in place and once a week had passed with no nurses or contact. We started to make calls. Turns out the hospital forgot to do it and my mum has been put at the back of the queue.... 8 weeks and no one has came to give her a shower or anything else. Disgusted. Only explanation is shes back of the queue. She can hardly walk.

I work and don't drive with a child so there is not a lot I can do.
