"Smooth and easy process"

I went into FVRH today for a second attempt at a lumbar puncture. A man named Alistair came from the Anaesthetics team and made my experience as smooth and and easy as it possibly could have been. He understood that my first attempt at a lumbar puncture a few weeks prior was unsuccessful and quite traumatic for me, so he made sure to do everything perfectly, quickly and kept me really calm and reassured. He is a great asset to Forth Valley Royal Hospital and I appreciate him and the NHS so much.
