My wife Harriet called to say the Practice had lost her blood test results and so St Lukes hospital never received to enable her chemo in time. I know everyone is busy, but I would have thought blood test results related to cancer would be a priority. She was extremely upset when she called me whilst stuck in traffic trying to desperately get to PB practice to resolve before it shut. Her chemo is now delayed because of the tests being lost by the practice. Very disheartened and worried.
