"Wonderful, compassionate, and totally caring staff"

About: Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Second time here for me, pilon fracture in right leg tibia and fibia.  28 months later I got an infection. I can't thank all the staff on ward 33 enough, they are just wonderful, compassionate, and totally caring.

❤❤ you all

Dear Cheryl74,

I really appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback about your experiences in ward 33.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to come back for a second time. I hope that you are feeling better now and on the road to recovery.

It is reassuring to hear that your care journey was good and you felt cared for. I will pass on your thanks and appreciation to all staff within the ward.
