"Excellent patient care service"

Wootton Vale Doctor’s surgery provides an excellent patient care service, despite the challenges faced by the pandemic. Also I have been very impressed with the drive through flu jab operation which is very slick, customer focused and efficient.

Feedback is based on all the interactions I have had in the last 3 years. I actually have no complaints! The receptionists are polite, helpful and empathetic. Doctors interactions are caring, professional, compassionate and with consideration (both phone and face to face appointments).

Online services are great, such as repeat prescriptions and now my families GP records are linked to my NHS App, so I now have access to my GP surgery messages, prescription orders and more via my mobile, which is just great.

The Health Care Assistant was absolutely great with my daughter in deploying the flu/nasal spray, as my daughter was just absolutely petrified but the clinician took her time and interacted with my daughter in a caring and professional way and the “magic dust” really helped! And with my Father, this clinician has been very caring and patient with all his needs. The clinician makes you feel like being part of a caring surgery.

The clinical pharmacist always goes the extra mile as shown with my father’s care. The clinical pharmacist is always very patient and answered all my questions about my father’s care. She is always very pleasant, professional and demonstrates genuine and strong patient care. In summary, the clinical pharmacist is professional, courteous, and provides outstanding care. And I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude and massive thank you for her continued help and support with my father’s care.

Overall, I am very happy to be registered with this surgery.
