Struggling with processing the emotions after my mother passed away. Feelings had built up pushing me to have panic attacks. Speaking to this service helped me in the Acute phase of having some direction and confidence to know where to begin. I made the step to get in contact with a bereavement therapist and started an uplifting journey to understand how to grow around grief.
