My teenager fell ill on M1 and your A&E was nearby. From the moment we entered we were looked after by your lovely staff. They were unfailingly pleasant and listened. Despite seeming very full, I our waiting times weren’t too long and the doctor we saw after tests, explained all clearly and offered strategies for improving the situation. We felt better for just being treated as human beings. Also the waiting areas were bright and cheerful. Thank you all.
