"Never answers phone"

You’ll see that they have blamed the telephone company since 2020 for why they don’t answer their phones. Welp…. It’s over a year later and same issues. Tried phoning 30+ times to get an urgent dressing change appointment sorted. Busy busy busy….. rings and disconnects. I feel horrible for the staff because obviously they need more help but, these little GP issues can easily develop into more difficult ones!
