About: South Bristol Community Hospital

We visited the walk in center as our children were suffering some pain, however, were shocked with the behaviour of staff and nurses. This was a quite surperising experienece for us as we have visited our GP and other hospitals where the behaviour of the staff/nurses and doctors was much better than this. We understand the staff may have pressure due to current unexpected COVID situation, however, this should not be used as an excuse to cover/justify their current behaviour. I think there is great need for training to make the staff aware that how their behaviour will affect the patients experience and overall satisfaction which is important for the overall NHS performance. When we realize the unfriendly/rude behaviour of the staff, we returned home without taking any treatment. This was quite disappointing.

Hope the top management and the staff of the hospital will consider this as it will help NHS to deliver an excellent patients experience.
