About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I went to an appointment to discuss my latest OB. I was offered suppression medication. The appointment was on time and lasted around 10 mins. Everyone was helpful apart from the  security guard at the entrance who I felt behaved in an ignorant way.

I am naturally extremely concerned to hear about your initial experience with the security guard on site as they should behave in a courteous and professional way. I am pleased to hear your actual appointment went smoothly.
