(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy today in Dunfermline Queen Margaret hospital.

I would like to thank the nurses and doctor that I saw today,for putting my mind at ease and for making my procedure as fast and as painless as possible.

I was both in and out early with a minimum of fuss despite the ongoing Covid crisis. My treatment was done very professionally and all through this process everything was explained to me and any questions I had answered quickly.

I was taken back to the ward and even given tea and toast!!! 

A fantastic job by all and a credit to the NHS.
