(as a carer),

I am sharing this story on behalf of my family - my mum was very ill this morning bed bound and the Dr had asked the DN to call today to do bloods. A wonderful healthcare assistance called Nicole came this morning - she was excellent, mum is elderly and very hard to get blood out of but she got it no bother.. she even took extra bloods in case the GP needed it... so kind and caring and so efficient at her job - the service must be very proud of her..
