"Excellent and efficient dental procedure"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Oral and Maxillofacial Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Orthodontics

(as the patient),

I had a tooth extracted under appointment at the Oral & Maxillofacial & Orthodontic Unit at Treliske Hospital. The procedure was performed by Dr Hawkins with the assistance of the nurse present. The procedure was carried out excellently and efficiently, I was fully informed at all times about what was going to happen during the procedure in a friendly, caring and helpful way which made me feel at ease at all times.

I would just like to leave this feedback and hope that it is passed on to the relevant people involved within this department. I was very happy and pleased overall with my treatment.
