"Great support from training GPs in difficult times"

(as a service user),

Over the last five/six weeks have had support from different GPs in training at my local practice. Special mention to those doctors and to a nurse who took my blood, who really took time, listened, were empathetic and suggested things that are getting me closer to answers as well as medications to help, for a complicated picture.

I know how pressured it is working in health, but can only imagine what it is like for GPs right now with the escalating workload and pressures. I for one am extremely grateful for everything you do and all your staff including receptionists who are so polite under such pressure too.
