(as the patient),

I recently had to visit the breast clinic for a check up following concerns about a lump.  The care I received on the day was excellent.   

On the day I saw two Consultants, a Radiologist and several Nurses and support staff.   The care and compassion shown by everybody was very touching and made a difficult experience much easier.   It was so helpful to be able to have everything done on one day and to leave knowing my results. This saved a great deal of anxiety.
I want to say a special thank you to Dr Murphy who was exceptional in his care.   Thank you.
