"Appreciation and gratitude"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 18 & 27)

(as a service user),

I was admitted to RAH in late November 2021 and had a lung biopsy procedure . Previously I had a catscan and a consultation with Doctor Ling. I want to commend all staff involved with my visits and stay in hospital in Ward 11. That includes cleaners, porters and all nursing staff.

I was absolutely terrified and they were all so kind and attentive. Especially I would like to thank Doctor Data who carried out the procedure and the nurse and her student who looked after me during that time. I am so appreciative of having a National Health Service and such wonderful employees within it. Thanx a million.

Dear Jeanie@32,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive experience while in ward 11. I am glad to hear that the staff were able to help you through what must have been a frightening experience.

I will share your comments with the teams.
