"Poor Customer Service "

Having undergone treatment I was informed that I needed to be referred back to my GP and they would write to them. After not hearing anything I tried to contact them for an update. I left messages on their telephone message service nobody has rung me back. I tried again and this time I managed to get hold of someone who told me she would chase it up and make sure the report would be sent. Further chasing the following week led to several unsuccessful calls before getting hold of someone who again promised to chase it up and resolve my issue. After another week passed I contacted them again to be told it would be resolved and as of yet still nothing. It should not take five weeks to send a report to my GP. If advised to use this company be prepared to chase them. The government should really reconsider using this company.
