"Felt welcome and at ease"

About: Trauma & Orthopaedics / Major Trauma Unit

(as a service user),

Was admitted to the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast MTU in November with quadruple fracture of my right pelvis after falling from my cycle. During my 6 day stay the standard of care I received was first class. Any questions I had were answered and  EVERONE, from cleaners to consultants made me feel welcome and at ease. Many thanks. Now the revolver begins.
