About: Mental Health Community Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

From having struggled with social anxiety and depression for years. CMP helped with learning how to keep my self and my mind busy and to not dwell so much on the negatives. While also giving me the help and techniques that I can use to offset my social anxiety in situations I find difficult or uncomfortable. These I will be able to continue using as I continue my journey. The staff and services were very easy to use and lovely everytime I went for an appointment. As well as being able to properly explain to me the different effect social anxiety and depression can cause I wouldn't have been aware of. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone dealing/struggling with any kind of mental health problem.
