"Website is a total nightmare"

About: Holmhurst Medical Centre

First, I have to click away 4 messages about Covid every time I log in. Then, its now impossible to submit a request for a GP appointment unless I download the NHS app, which I don't want to, I just get sent into an endless loop for the so-called Treatment Room, which doesn't have any suitable options. I shall be telephoning the practice instead, which rather defeats the point of having a practice website.
