Went for pre assessment and was seen by Catherine. Extremely welcoming, efficient and answered any questions easily and fully. The whole team who seen me were an absolute credit to NHS Fife. Prompt and very good at putting people at ease and a great blend of professionalism and humour. Thank you

I am proud that the team were extremely welcoming, efficient and able to answer your questions fully and with ease. It is re-assuring to know that the care you received was prompt and how we were very good at putting people at ease, it is also good to know that we were able to provide a bit of humour whilst also remaining professional.
