"I don’t recommend this Doctors Surgery"

The Receptionists have zero empathy. I’ve spoken to every single one of them. They don’t relate to you as a person, they treat you like a ‘number’ their attitude is matter of fact, uncaring and unsympathetic.

The Doctors that I have had experienced at this surgery simply don’t make the effort to get to the bottom of your symptoms. It feels very ‘by the book’ and again, not interested in treating Patients as individual people.

I have a number of conditions and I have been left alone with them. For years. Prescribed a minimal amount of meds for a long long time, which haven’t been reviewed, ever, and no alternative treatment offered at all (such as counselling, other therapies etc). I don’t feel cared for or considered in any way. I’ve had surgeries that haven’t gone ahead with no communications and/or follow ups, and when I do contact the Surgery about these things I feel fobbed off. Do no harm? well they are definitely failing there sadly. Very disappointed. It’s unnecessary, as basic human communication isn’t difficult and would make a World of difference at this Surgery.
