"Fantastic Practice"

I am a nervous patient especially with bloods being taken. The healthcare assistant I had was wonderful. She is a true credit to the practice. She made me feel completely as ease and comfortable. She was helpful with explaining my questions and had a very open dialogue. Her manner was extraordinary and I hope this is one of many positive things she hears.

The receptionist was wonderful and smiley. She was very helpful with directing me to this feedback and seemed genuinely pleased that I had a good experience. The staff today were extraordinary and has reinstated that this is the best doctors I’ve ever had.
