I’d just like to thank nurse Tracy for helping put my mum at ease during her COPD review.
My mum isn’t great at doctors but Tracy was so kind & caring! My mum entered the surgery stressed & left at ease. Too often people only take time out to complain however it’s nice to be able to praise where praise is due. Thank you, from my mum & me.
