"Excellent Treatment"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

Visited the dermatology department after my wife noticed a mole had changed on my back and subsequently, my GP referred me.

Friendly and quick service at the department who treated me with respect.

The mole was removed on the first visit after being examined and sent for investigation.

I was contacted prior to my next appointment (2 weeks later) and informed that my mole was at a pre cancer stage and that the removal was successful after catching it at such an early stage.

Such a relief! I need to get another procedure to remove a little more as a precaution, but I have no fear of this with such a good team involved.

Just want to thank all involved and appreciate that this was all received on our NHS system!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your recent visit to the dermatology department at the RVI. We are pleased that they were able to remove the pre cancerous mole at an early stage on the first visit and you are pleased with the care that you received. We will forward to the directorate who will share with the team involved in your care.
