"Wonderful staff"

I had booked an appointment that I had to cancel due to a funeral and I contacted the practice via email as it was already friday night and I had no way of contacting the practice before my appointment on monday morning. They reached out to me as they saw my email and were able to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible. They made the whole process very easy at a stressful time. The lady I had an appointment with was very lovely and was able to answer all my questions I had. I received my prescription very quickly. I later had to contact the practice once again in regards my prescription and they responded and sorted everything out very quickly.

Before this visit, I was very sceptical, as everything has moved to being online in regards to booking an appointment and prescription. The last time I had to go to a gp was pre-covid times so a lot has changed. But I was pleasantly surprised how well the online system is working. The staff at this practice have been wonderful and have been very helpful which is greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone at this practice!
