"Poor Service Rude Staff"

I have been trying to get an appointment for my Son. He is very unwell at the moment and they don't care. Ringing from 8am to only getting an answer at 9am to be told no appointment's. Even though for a child. Being told to ring 111 or take him to a pharmacy. Asked how is a pharmacy going to prescribe him antibiotics. He needs to see a doctor. Advised negative PCR test so can't say it is Covid, he sounds like he has a chest infection and is off from school. They don't care that children are sick and need medical attention. I have been with this doctors for 10years and have never known the service to be this bad before. I am now changing doctors as I don't want my children to suffer!!!
