"Very unhappy with dreadful dentures"

About: Newcastle Dental Hospital

I had dentures made here in 2015 and they were great. I came back in 2019 and was having another set made . The student and tutor were great but lockdown meant they had gone by time I could go back. The new student is pleasant and doing her best but after 6months the denture on top sticks out and the bottom one not so teeth don't meet so I can chew but not bite. Heavy thick clumsy . I was supposed to have a chrome partial on bottom as before but at the end I got a thick loose acrylic one. The tutor is pleasant but does not appear to be that bothered and although friendly doesv not seen to be experienced in dentures . All this time and i can't wear them. I don't know what to do and an very depressed. The staff are all very nice and friendly but I am so disappointed with these teeth
