Hello. If I remember right the lady of my appointment was named Kath/Kathy. As soon as I entered the room she made me feel so comfortable, and everything we had spoke about and discussed was spoken clearly and I had a really good understanding with her. She was so polite and respectful, I have been to the clinic before in the past but this appointment I couldn’t have asked Kath to do anymore. She really is a leader, and an amazing nurse to have in your clinic. So thank you for making me feel so at home and making me feel like I was never to be judged. When I walked out I told Kath it was nice to speak to someone who is nice, and that is true.
She made my appointment the best possible and made me feel privileged and glad that I had turned up.
