(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The Acute Care at Home team are fantastic.  Both doctors and nurses and also the Pharmacist Carla are first class at keeping myself up to date with treatments and any change to my aunt's meds.  This service that you all provide is so well run. All team members are easy to talk to and share information with for the good of the patient and also are so helpful in doing their job.  Many thanks to you all!

We work very closely as a Multidisciplinary Team guiding each other with expert knowledge to support our Patients will a holistic plan of care from admission to recovery.

We are very lucky to have staff members who have extensive expertise in Elder care.
