"Amazing service "

Right from the start of labour, delivery and postnatal care in Larch ward from all staff including midwives, nurses, doctors, nursery nurses, cleaners, kitchen staff and students also were sooo amazing! Stayed in hospital for 6 days post birth with my husband and newborn and can't fault a single thing. Every single person we came across was truly so helpful and sweet and so good at their job!

I was initially a bit sceptical about choosing Newham Hospital to have my baby as growing up me or friends or family members didn't always have a good experience going there and the reputation wasn't that good but due to it being the closest hospital to me I chose to have the baby here out of convenience and was actually worried about how the experience would be but can honestly say I could not have chosen a better hospital.

I wish there was something I could give the staff as a thank you as leaving a review just seems so small compared to what they done.

Pregnancy labour delivery and postpartum is tough and the last thing you need is hospital staff to add to that experience in a negative way and make things harder than they are but the staff in the Larch ward right from beginning to end were just so amazing and I cannot do enough to thank them.

After staying there for 6 days and seeing some of the staff on a regular basis they started to feel like friends and some of them would just pop into my ward to chat and check how me and baby are doing which was so nice as you're not allowed visitors during this period.

I can truly say every single person really went above and beyond for me and me and my husband will never forget our stay at Newham Larch Ward and we day a prayer every day for all medical/hospital staff as they do so much for us even receptionists and admin staff and cleaners or kitchen staff. You are all truly amazing THANK YOU!
