"Impressive care and efficiency "

I am so impressed with the practice but in

particular the way in which all the team have coped with the pandemic. The system of speaking to a receptionist and then a doctor is efficient and I have been seen by a doctor or a nurse quickly whenever necessary. Communication about vaccinations and Covid have been excellent. Friends on other parts of the country are envious of the quality of care I receive. Receptionists, medical secretaries, nurses and doctors have been unfailingly helpful, patient and caring. This past eighteen months must have been incredibly hard for all at the practice but, in my experience, it has never impacted on the patient.
