"Terrible Service"

Phone system is horrendous, if you don’t get cut off by the time you get through all the nonsense you have to listen to, there’ll be no appointments anyway. Terrible system that needs completely redoing.

Issues are never followed up, leaving you to try and arrange another appointment to follow up, however, as mentioned above, this is near impossible.

Majority of receptionist have terrible attitudes and have 0 interest in trying to help, half of the time they talk nonsense. Was told all of my blood test were fine, however, I decided to check my medical record myself to find out that was not the case and the tests stated that action was required and I needed to chase this up!!

I would advise to avoid this surgery at all costs, I have paid for private health care purely because of the way this surgery is run and the way they treat patients.
