I am so lucky to have been under this practice since it opened. My children are also registered here. I have never once struggled to get an appointment and the online system works really well, even though I was sceptical at first. I work for the NHS and very aware of the current pressures the acute hospitals are feeling, the main reason suggested behind this amongst colleagues is due to GPs not seeing patients face to face, well not this Practice, mine and my children’s medical complaints are always dealt with right level of concern.
