(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Over the last few weeks I enjoyed spending Sunday mornings watching a range of different masses in the local area. I was also very appreciative of virtual visiting service and being able to see family again. I always explained to family that I was surrounded by a great bunch of staff that were always very helpful and tended to their needs.

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust and our new pilot within this - "Spiritual Services". We recognise how difficult it is for patients at the minute due to Covid 19 an we hope that this helps in some way.

This new service has been established to try to support families/friends and patients during this time and your story just lets us see how the important the service is to you and your family.

I have personally shared this story with all the members of the Virtual Visiting Team. They are just delighted with this feedback.
