Many years ago my children and I left to go to a closer surgery to where we lived. We quickly requested to return and were allowed back. I have no complaints whatsoever and when I hear people talking about problems with their own surgery I can’t compare. I’ve never failed to get an appointment and think the system/priority works great. I’m glad you’re addressing the prescription ordering. My daughter has a monthly repeat and the only way for me to get that at present it to use ask My GP. I’ve watched the video on linking her account to my NHS App and still can’t do it (and I’m generally good with IT). I do get it in time from ask My GP but think it would be easier on the App.
