"The staff are so great"

I have been great since I was admitted to this ward last Sunday. I suffer from Ulcerative colitis so sadly I am well accustomed to the torture of this disease. I was admitted as it may be likely I will have a bag fitted and hope that this will prove beneficial in the long run for me. The staff are absolutely brilliant here so much so to the point I don’t want to go home and would be happy enough staying on here. The ward is always kept so clean and tidy and nothing is ever an issue for the domestic staff to deal with. The food is also really lovely. Despite being in hospital at the minute and COVID becoming more prevalent again the staff do all they can to make us all feel safe and protected from it. Again everything is brilliant, 100% here at 4 North. Its good my husband can come in to visit tomorrow, I am looking forward to seeing him so much. It is a very busy ward and the days go by quickly in here which is a good thing too. Only thing is I wish they still had the hairdresser here that could help you wash and style your hair but maybe that hasn’t been a thing for a while now. Even some mirrors about the place would be helpful to make yourself look and feel more presentable each day. But this isn’t the end of the world just a small thought.
